Is SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET affiliated with other Utility Providers?

No. SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET is a completely separate company and has no affiliation directly or indirectly with any other Utility Service Provider.

Does SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET require me to sign a contract?

Absolutely NOT. If SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET does not provide you with a great internet experience at a great price, you should not be forced to keep our service or pay a penalty to discontinue your internet service with us. What does "No Data Limits" * "Unlimited Streaming" mean?

Typically, the “AMOUNT” of data you use is measured by the gigabyte / GB and some internet providers only allow a certain amount of data usage in a month before your internet “SPEED” is slowed down or “throttled back” for the remainder of the billing cycle or you may get a surprise bill with data overage charges because you did not realize you reached your limit.

Do I have to buy a "router" from SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET and what is a "router"?

The first answer is NO, you DO NOT have to buy a router from SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET. If you already have one, you may use your own.

A “router” is a small electrical device that joins multiple computing devices together either by wired or wireless connections. (A computing device may be your computer, tablet, cell phone or Smart TV among other devices) Instead of having a wire connect all of these devices throughout your home, you may use a “wireless router” that sends that connecting signal around your home that has a password that only you can connect devices to.

How can I pay my bill for my monthly service?

SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET offers ALL forms of payment from Automatic Payment from checking or debit card, easily pay on line with check or card or customized payment options to your liking. THERE ARE NEVER ANY FEES TO PAY YOUR BILL IN ANY WAY WITH SOUTH DAKOTA INTERNET. We feel it would not be fair to “CHARGE YOU” to pay for your service with us.
